At Phoebe Hikes, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions listed below.
Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, labels, and tags.
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return before sending back the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method provided during the purchase.
We currently do not provide direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it and place a new order separately.
Some products such as personal-use gear, final-sale items, or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons will not be eligible for return or refund.
