At Phoebe Hikes, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions listed below.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, labels, and tags.

  • To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return before sending back the item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method provided during the purchase.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not provide direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products such as personal-use gear, final-sale items, or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons will not be eligible for return or refund.
